Why should I join Rescope platform?

Rescope is the only marketplace for homes that are not available immediately, allowing you to find investors that can purchase your property today and give you the time you need before you move.

Will my home be listed for sale ?

If you choose to create a public profile  your home will be listed on Rescope platform to be viewed by all the registered Investors and Agents. It will not be listed on any other platform or website.

Do I need a real estate agent?

Rescope offers Homeowners a choice to find Investors independently, similarly to For Sale By Owner approach, or engage one of our Real Estate Agent Partners to receive full services throughout the process.

What is a Risk Adjustment Premium?

The adjustment from your property value  if sold and vacated today that accounts for the risk reduction of receiving the payment today but vacating after a predetermined period of time - the shorter the time period the smaller the adjustment.

What if my move out date is flexible?

When you create your Rescope profile you can indicate the range of possible dates and Rescope will take it into account in the financial analysis and Investor matching.

What happens after I sell my home?

After you close the sale, you will sign a standard fixed-term lease at $0 rent that will allow you to keep living in your home until the agreed upon date.

How does Rescope ensure I get the best offer?

Rescope provides the financial analysis and Investor matching tools that help you to evaluate the strength of potential offers, but it is not involved in the negotiations or closing process.

What fees does Rescope charge?

There are no fees apart form the indicated on your plan.
