Why should I join Rescope platform?

Rescope provides the financial analysis and property matching tools that help you to find the best investment property today.


How does Rescope use my financial information?

Rescope uses the financial information in your pre-approval letter to estimate the ROI potential of the available properties and provide you with the best match. Rescope does not share this information with Homeowners or Agents.

How does Rescope help to maximize my ROI?

Rescope's probabilistic financial model takes into account the balance of the estimated property appreciation and the difference in cost of financing when the property is vacated with the initial cash-flow reduction up to that time to evaluate the strength and ROI of a potential offer.

What happens after I buy the property?

After you close the deal, you sign a standard fixed-term lease with the previous owner at $0 rent for the agreed period of time.

What if I work with a Real Estate Agent?

Rescope is not involved in offer negotiations or closing process, which are no different than with standard investment properties that your Agent is fully capable of supporting.

What fees does Rescope charge?

There are no fees apart form the indicated on your plan.
